The Louisburg Elementary PTO is hosting its annual charity event on Saturday, April 13th, 2024! We are excited to partner with The Haven Event Space again, to present “Passion for Purple” Adults Charity Gala Event.

 

This auction is our largest fundraiser of the year and brings in at least 80% of our operating funds. We are expecting 200-250 people to attend. This event allows the Louisburg Elementary PTO to continue to support our school district and community through family events, teacher support and appreciation, enrichment opportunities and our LES PTO Grant program, that purchases needed materials for STEM and educational needs within the classrooms. These are just a few of the ways we support Circle Grove, Rockville Elementary and Broadmoor Elementary students, ages 3-10.

Because of generous business owners like you, we raised enough money to increase our LES PTO Grant offering to $7,500. Our goal is to increase next year’s grant offering to $8,000 to provide even more support for our amazing Louisburg Elementary Schools, the families who attend them and the staff who work hard each day helping our children achieve their educational goals.

To continue to grow our efforts we need help from the business community. We are appreciative of any kind of donation you can offer. Whether that be an in-kind donation, donation of products to be auctioned at the event, a donation of services, or monetary donation.
