Who is making our products?
This year, most of our products are made by PTO's very own spirit wear coordinator.
How will I receive my order?
All items are made to order. Once your order is ready, a member of our LES PTO board will be in contact with you to arrange a scheduled pickup or delivery time. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for order processing before receiving your order in hand. If you need a rushed order or special accommodations, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
In order to provide convenient order processing, we have moved to an online-based shopping experience. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal payments at no additional fee to you through a convenient and secure checkout process.
Are returns or refunds accepted?
All sales are final; however all products can be exchanged for a replacement of the same product due to defect within the first 30 days of receiving your order. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
